This year the mahashivaratri bhajan was hosted by the samiti of sanvordem. The venue for the program was the heavenly premises of shri shantadurge\a temple. At Margao. The hall facing the goddess was decorated richly. Swami’s sayings were pegged on every pillar.
At the podium the decoration was simple but charming. A beautiful rangoli was drawn in front of Swami’s photo frame. The bhajan began at 6 pm, which started with omkar, veda and later bhajans from all the samitis according to the schedule. The Sai youth had two bhajan slots. Later bhajans were sung by slected singers. At about 5: 20 am suprabhatam began and many went for nagarsankirthan while others continued the bhajan. At about 6 am the bhajan ended with aarti and prasadam.

Sairam,
It was a lovely morning when the medical camp started and we never ever had expected such a huge mass coming for check ups. Over 100 patients were diagonised on this day, majority of which were of general checkup. The medical camp was held at the vicinity of Shri Damodar Temple. Murdi is a remote village in vasco.
Also in the morning the Sai Youths took a procession around the villages with the ‘Maha Sai Jyoti’.
Later, after the tasty lunch (prasadam- we would call it)the All Goa District President called for a meeting of all the local sai samitis and discussed the plans for the coming year. In this planning construction of ‘Sai Center’ (We will make a update of it shortly) and emphasis on VIP (village integrated program) was given higher priority. Seva at March and Merging of Ratnagiri and sindudurg with goa was also discussed.
Soon after the meeting ended all joined in the camp to sing some bhajans. Soon Aati followed and all dispersed with prasadam.

Whenever it comes to seva, our Sai youths of Karmali never look back. House construction seva at karmali was held on 8th feb 2009 around 30 youths participated in seva. And it was being constructed as the ‘Vanar sena’ did to build the bridge for Ram.
That’s is also why we call them Vanar sena- They come in groups- they sing sai ram, sai ram- They eat like anything ansd share like anything- They do seva in the fastest speed possible- and when ever it comes to taking credits they either points at each other or say ‘Sairam’
